The human being's life experiences and wider social context are important too, as they shape us. Holistic counselling aims to balance and bring wellness to the whole human being, not merely to treat symptoms or offer temporary fixes.

The client is empowered to connect with their own intuition and inner wisdom, the holistic counsellor supporting and guiding them to find their path, discover solutions and heal. I will work with you to uncover the root causes of your problems and remedy them. Sometimes we "can't see the wood for the trees"; I can help you to step back and see the bigger picture, to see separate events within the wider course of your life, and to find answers by asking yourself the right questions. Once we see a problem in its true aspect, the solution often stands clearly before us. When you connect with your true inner being, you connect with a wellspring of intuitive wisdom and healing.
